Come out to the farm and learn about kombucha. We will go through the process from start to finish. Explore the process of secondary fermentation to produce more flavorful beverages. Everyone will take home a starter containing a live mother/scoby. We will also have a tasting of several kombuchas. Enjoy a farm tour including orchards, vegetable gardens, chicken husbandry, beekeeping, greenhouses, and black smith shop. Workshop runs from 3-5 Saturday afternoon. The price is $35 per person or $50 per couple. Please contact us about reserving a spot. The workshop is limited to 10 people.
